Faculty of Science and Technology:
In
order to thrive, modern societies need highly-trained
professionals in the rapidly-developing fields of
science and technology. With that in mind, Hebron
University established its Faculty of Science in 1986.
It offers BSc. degrees in each of its five Departments:
Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science.
These Departments aim to provide Palestinian schools
with an adequate supply of Science teachers, and to
produce competent research scientists. Its goal is to
equip its students with the knowledge and skills
necessary to conduct research and development studies.
The Faculty has at its disposal two biology teaching
laboratories, two chemistry teaching laboratories, three
research laboratories, and five computer laboratories.
