Introduction 
Hebron University has received a grant from the Quality Improvement Fund (QIF) -Education to Work Transition Project - Ministry of Education and Higher Education and funded by the World Bank for the project entitled: Development and Improvement of Agricultural Practical Courses. This project aims to train about 270 students to become skilled, innovative agricultural engineers through improving the practical-training portions of the Faculty of Agriculture’s BSc courses. The project focuses on networking with the private sector to sustain a continuous updating of the curriculum and infrastructure of the program and keep it current to the contemporary needs. Accordingly, Hebron University seeks the selection and hiring of a Statistical Training Consultant for staff.

Assignment Objective 
Hebron University is now considering the selection of a professional and qualified expert consultant to be part of the consultation team, who will assess a capacity building training for Agriculture College Staff in statistical software. Also to provide training that is based-on the rising trends of the local and regional market needs, and aims at upgrading the skills of our staff and qualifying them to meet the market needs, thus, increasing the student’s qualifications to be prepared to engage in any working field.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
The consultant willbe responsible for conducting an average of 20 training hours for each topic; to 10 of faculty members and employers. The training is targeting the following topics:

• SPSS Software.
• Microsoft Excel for data analysis. 

 
Deliverables:

• Action plan for conducting the assignment.
• Conduct 20 training hours for each topic mentioned above.
• Training materials and manuals for the trainees.
• Evaluation Report for the participants.

Essential Required Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited University.
• A well reputed certified trainer or accredited Consultancy Center in this field with proven experience and certificates.
• Proven experience in training at least for three Years for the above requested software topics.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
