Abstract

 The study aimed at finding out the role of university requirements' teachers in enhancing the students' self-censorship at the Islamic University in Gaza. In addition to revealing the significance of the differences in the role of university requirements' teachers in enhancing the students' self-censorship due to (gender, achievement level, faculty). The study used the descriptive approach based on a questionnaire as the main tool of the study. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (381) students of the Islamic University in Gaza. The results of the study showed that the university requirements' teachers played a vital role in enhancing the students' self-censorship. There were no statistically significant differences in the role of university requirements' teachers in enhancing the students' self-censorship due to faculty and gender. On the other hand, there were statistically significant differences in the in the role of university requirements' teachers in enhancing the students' self-censorship due to achievement level in favor of students with excellent grades.
