Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the consequences of the Israeli aggression on the school leadership management in north Gaza governorate and ways to overcome them. The study sample consists of (54) heads of governorate divisions and school principals from North Gaza. The researcher selected his sample randomly and he  used the analytical descriptive method to address the study areas of investigations. To collect the study data, the researcher used a questionnaire. Reliability of the questionnaire was (0.98) and of course, it was satisfactory to depend on it. The result of the study shows that the consequences of the Israeli aggression on the school leadership effectiveness had a moderate degree with (47.5%) as the study shows that the Israeli aggression  consequences on the local community communication ranked the first. A according to the job title variable, the study shows that there are significant differences in the degree given by the sample in favor to the heads of the governorate divisions. The study recommended the necessity of preparedness to encounter emergency to guarantee successful and effective continuity of the educational process.
