Abstract:
The study was conducted to reveal the extent to which the transformational leadership of the principals in the schools of the Islamic Society in Palestine is implemented from the teachers' perspective for some variables. The descriptive analytical approach was used in the study. The population was (150) school teachers. Thus, a questionnaire was administered as a tool to obtain the data through a comprehensive survey. The results revealed that the extent to which the paragraphs are applied in schools is high. Also, there are differences due to (the years of experience, and academic qualifications). It also showed that there are no differences according to (the level of teaching and gender). The study recommended a formation of an advisory council of educational experts to enhance the intellectual stimulation dimension among principals.
