Faculty member from College of Sharia publishes refereed research

Dr. Ayman Abdul Hamid Al-Badarin, Associate Professor of Jurisprudence and its Foundations, and Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and Sharia at the College of Sharia at Hebron University and in partnership with Mr. Mohamed Ezzat Al-Nawaja, Master of Sharia Judiciary, published a refereed paper entitled " Islamic Procedures of Sharia Trials, An Authentic Study of Sources of Islamic Jurisprudence and Fiqh Heritage" in the International Journal of Jurisprudence in Germany.
