Publishing refereed scientific research for faculty member from College of Information Technology
Dr. Bilal Amro, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at Hebron University, in cooperation with Dr. Saeed Salah from Al-Quds University and Dr. Muhammad Mer’eb from the Smart College, published a refereed scientific research entitled:
A Comprehensive Architectural Framework of Moving Target Defenses Against DDoS Attacks
The researchers created a comprehensive framework for developing dynamic defenses against DDoS attacks on electronic systems, which increases the ability of these systems to counter DDoS attacks by continuously modifying their characteristics at various levels, such as network architecture, operating systems, Internet addresses, and others. This framework is important as it provides a comprehensive framework for dealing with all types of DDoS attacks and choosing the appropriate way to respond to any type of attack and not specific to a particular type of attack.
The research has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Cyber Security and Mobility with a rating of Q3 and an impact factor of 0.34.
