HU College of Law and Political Science student team wins "Best Moot Pleading before ICJ" competition

The College of Law and Political Science at Hebron University participated in the "Best Moot Pleading by Palestinian Law School Students before the International Court of Justice on the Crime of Genocide" competition.

Organized inside the Moot Court of Al-Istiqlal University, in partnership with Sharek Youth Forum, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the United Nations Population Fund, the competition included 5 teams from law schools in Palestinian universities: Al-Quds University, An-Najah National University, Hebron University, The Arab American University, Al-Istiqlal University, Birzeit University, Modern College, and Palestine Ahliya University.

Consisting of law experts and professors from various law schools, a panel judged the competition and selected the Gaza team as the winner for presenting the best legal pleading that simulated the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
