HU College of Information Technology, with Hebron Directorate of Education, organizes Python programming contest qualifiers
The College of Information Technology hosted a Python programming competition for school pupils from the Hebron Directorate of Education on the Hebron University campus.
Five teams of three students each competed in the programming contest, where students demonstrated their proficiency in technology and programming.
The judging panel consisted of Professor Amjad Al-Husseini of Hebron University, Professor Qasim Qabaja, and Professor Ibrahim Al-Awadhi of the Ministry of Education. The panel evaluated the submitted projects based on their level of innovation, technical implementation, and programming solution creativity. Two teams qualified to compete at the national school level.
The contest aimed to assist pupils advance their technological knowledge and help create an educated generation prepared to meet the challenges of the digital age.
In preparation for this contest, the College of Information Technology held a series of rigorous training classes for the participating pupils, providing them with the information and skills required to participate in this contest. The training sought to increase pupils' technical skills and improve their ability to create and develop in programming.
