HU Master’s Program Participates at International Scientific Conference in Jordan

 

Dr. Hanin Nour, Dean of the College of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences at Hebron University, participated in the sixth International Scientific Conference, "Integrative Approaches in Pharmacy," held from November 13-14, 2024, at the Applied Science Private University in Jordan.

During the conference, Dr. Nour delivered a scientific lecture titled "Caffeine Content and Biological Activities of Selected Brands of Tea and Coffee Consumed in Palestine" on behalf of Waad Hisham Hamidat, a master’s student in the Medicinal Plants and Drugs program. The lecture highlighted innovative research into the health benefits and chemical properties of popular beverages in the region.

On the sidelines of the conference, Dr. Nour met with leading researchers in pharmacy and medical drugs at the Applied Science Private University and discussed potential collaborations between Hebron University and the host institution.
