HU French Language Program Students Participate in Intensive Language Course in France
Two students from the French Language Program at Hebron University recently attended an intensive two-week language course at the CAVILAM Language and Educational Teaching Center in Vichy, France. This course was organized in cooperation with the Department of Educational and Linguistic Cooperation at the French Consulate General in Jerusalem.
Such a language residency would provide participating students with a unique opportunity to enhance their French language skills while immersing themselves in a multicultural environment. Engaging with French culture and practicing the language in its natural contexts can significantly improve learners' communication skills.
The students say that the experience has had a lasting positive impact on their linguistic and cultural competencies. They emphasized how the residency has broadened their intellectual and social perspectives, enriching their personal development and skills.
