Hebron University Delegation Visits Royal Industrial Trading Co. to Explore Avenues for Strategic Collaboration

 

As part of its vision to strengthen private sector partnerships and bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, a delegation from Hebron University visited Royal Industrial Trading Co., a leading industrial enterprise in Palestine.

The delegation included Dr. Nabil Hassasneh, Dr. Bilal Shobaki, Dr. Fawzi Abu Najmeh, Dr. Hassan Qaddoumi, Ms. Amal Natsheh, and Ms. Diana Zugheir. They were welcomed by Hajj Mazen Zugheir, Director of Public Relations; Hajj Mundher Zugheir, Administrative Director; and Mr. Majdi Zugheir, the CEO.

The visit focused on fostering cooperation and identifying prospects for strategic partnerships. The university underscored its dedication to building connections with the industrial sector to develop applied learning environments that combine academic theory with practical experience, improving student readiness for the job market.

Hajj Mazen Zugheir welcomed collaboration with the university and highlighted opportunities for joint initiatives such as academic visits, workshops, and training programs. These efforts aim to foster knowledge exchange and align education with industry needs.

The delegation toured the company’s facilities, where they learned about Royal’s advanced management systems, manufacturing technologies, and success stories that have positioned it as a model of innovation and quality.

In their discussions, both parties stressed the value of developing a strategic partnership focused on knowledge transfer and tailored training to meet labor market demands and enhance students' employability.

The visit concluded with mutual expressions of appreciation and a shared commitment to future meetings and long-term collaboration that supports students, strengthens the economy, and advances higher education in Palestine.
