Media Department Students Visit PBC

In the framework of introducing Palestinian official media institutions, 70 students from the Media Department at Hebron University organized a scientific trip to the Palestinian Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) in the city of Ramallah. HU delegation was received and welcomed by Mr. Hazim Swaiti, Director of News Editing, and Mr. Anas Qadoumi, Director of Public Relations Department, and several HU graduates who work at the PBC.
The students toured all PBC facilities and studios and were acquainted with mechanisms of its work and the latest developments happened over the last three years.

They were also given the opportunity to get acquainted with the PBC’s policies through meeting its employees. The trip also included visiting Yasser Arafat tomb and a tour into the Palestinian museum. It is worth mentioning that the trip was supervised by Dr. Said Shaheen, Head of Media Department, and Dr. Qais Abu Ayyash
