الملخص:

يقوم هذا البحث على دراسة موضوع فقهي مُهمٍّ بعنوان:" قَضَاءُ العِبَادَاتِ عَن المَيِّتِ فِي الفِقْهِ الإسْلامِي –دِرَاسَةٌ مُقَارَنَةٌ"، وقد انبنَى من سبعة مباحث وخاتمة، كان المبحث الأول في الأداء والقضاء والإعادة، والثاني في قضاء الصلاة المَفروضة عن الميِّت، والثالث في قضاء الزَّكاة عن الميِّت، والرابع في قضاء صوم رمضان عن الميِّت، والخامس في قضاء الحج عن الميِّت، والسادس في قضاء النَّذْر عن الميِّت، والسابع في قضاء الكفَّارات عن الميِّت، ثم جاءت الخاتمةُ في النتائج والتوصيات.

Abstract :

This research is based on studying an important jurisprudential subject entitled: “Making up of Worships for the Dead Person in Islamic Jurisprudence - a comparative study, “The study consists of seven topics and a conclusion. The first topic is devoted to performance, making up and repetition of worship. The second is devote to making up the required prayer for the dead person; the third is making up Zakat for the dead person; the fourth is to making up  fasting in Ramadan for the dead person; the fifth is making up  Hajj for the dead person;the sixth is to making  up vows for the dead person and the seventh is to making up  expiations  for the dead person. After that, the conclusion includes  the results and recommendations.
